When we
talk about holiday, there’ll be no people say that they dislike holidays.
Holidays are off day for people to have fun, rest, relax and escape from responsibilities
at work. Spending time with family during holiday is the thing that I treasure
the most. Usually, we’ll have vacation and escape from the busy, hectic, hustle
and bustle life in Kuala Lumpur. We’ll go to somewhere that is calm and nature
oriented (but not forest). In this entry, I'm just going to share places that I've been to and I remember the memories and there're some pictures to prove that I've been there.
Bismillah
One of
the places that we go is Cameron Highland. As we know, Cameron Highland has the
tropical highland climate with average annual temperature 28oC. We
usually have overnight for 2 days 1 night at my aunt’s house. Basically, we
have reduced our total budget vacation to 70% due to free stay at her house.
The most compulsory place that we must go when we at Cameron Highland is ‘Kampung Sedia, AZ Agro Farm’. Actually, the reason
for our first time visiting there because it was a shooting place for a local
drama called ‘Vanilla Chocolate’. After visited for so many times, we notice that the place
has our favourite foods which are scone for breakfast and curry noodle for
lunch. Our favourite drink of course strawberry tea! Tea is a must if you come to
Cameron Highland. Don’t forget to buy tea bags. We usually buy it at the proper place. We don't buy it at
pasar malam because we don’t feel the Cameron Highland-ness if we buy it at there.

One of my favourite 'hipster' photoshoot too
Last holiday,
we went to Sabah, The Land below the
Winds. It is such a beautiful place for people who love snorkelling. The
best place for snorkelling and swimming is Semporna. The water is very blue,
beautiful, with some sunshine. However, my family didn’t bring an appropriate
attire to snorkel. It was so bad that we missed the chance to have fun there. Besides,
we also loves to try new kind of food there as their culture are very different
from the peninsular. For your information, people in Sabah always have soup as
their side dishes. They claim that soup will give them extra energy to do work
as their work involves in walking for hours and other reasons. What can I see
is that I also started to have soup in my servings as I already addicted to
soup.

Look at the seawater colour!
Next,
we always come to Malacca. Malacca is where my mom hometown is. As we back to
the village, sometimes we go to Bandaraya
Melaka to watch the bustle life of city
people. We usually come to Restoran
Lineclear Kampung Jawa as it has the best fried noodle I’ve ever taste! In
addition, special dessert you can find in Malacca is coconut shake. Very
creamy, fatty and yummy! You can find it at Klebang or Batu Berendam. If you
want to go a Sahara-like place, you can come to Klebang, Malacca. The sand
dunes are very real and for those who are photo enthusiast, coming here never
be a disappointment! Grab a chance to come to Malacca when holidays come.
I took this picture from internet though
because I lost mine in the gallery
It's really a must if you come to Malacca!
That’s
all I wanted to share with you. If there’s any other experience and memories of
beautiful places, I’ll blog again. Please do share your experiencse with me at
